TRANS-CHEK® is a colored overlay film which was specifically developed as a first-article inspection tool for programming CNC tapes. It can also be used for checking numerically controlled CNC drilled hole locations on PC boards.
TRANS-CHEK film reduces storage requirements for first article items by replacing thick, rigid copper-clad. Due to its contrasting color and dimensional stability, TRANS-CHEK is superior to other bole check methods and techniques. TRANS-CHEK is economical because it saves artwork duplication and provides fast and accurate quality control.
